Job description
  • Strong focus on the promotion of new business by partners directly or via lead generation by partners
  • Responsibility for meeting the sales targets of the Channel Sales division
  • Regular business planning, definition of turnover and growth targets and marketing planning
  • Expansion and development of existing partnerships
  • Establishing channel management for the DACH region by winning new long-term sales and service partnerships
  • Responsible for onboarding, training, further development and reporting of the partner companies
  • Further expanding and developing channel management by planning and implementing marketing programmes
  • Central contact for partners, internal partner management and sales as well as participation in internal, cross-departmental teams

Qualifications
 
  • You have a university degree or comparable IT-oriented professional experience
  • You convince your team and your internal stakeholders by inspiring them with your appearance and your innovative ideas about your vision of partner management
  • Pronounced enthusiasm for successful work with partners
  • A Hunter mentality is helpful for the exposed position
  • You are experienced in targeted communication with partners and customers at all levels - from sales staff to C-level and business owners
  • Innovative strength, independence Hands-on mentality in a growing international corporate structure
  • You speak English very well and like to be mobil and to travel
