Key Responsibilities:

• Provide module support and customization, primarily for SAP WM and MM modules.
• Engage actively in 2nd level support for incident and change management.
• Coordinate and manage ticket dispatching within incident and change management processes.
• Oversee external IT service providers, ensuring smooth operations and project execution.
• Advise and support business partners in process-related improvements, new development, and redesign of business processes, particularly in logistics and warehouse management.
• Collaborate in the creation of technical solution concepts and the realignment of existing logistics-focused applications.
• Assist in the implementation and testing of new software components and developments.

Qualifications:

• Several years of professional experience in application management.
• Proficiency in managing external service providers and coordinating with internal teams.
• Extensive knowledge of operation and user support for logistics-related applications, both SAP and non-SAP.
• Deep understanding of business processes in warehouse and inventory management and related logistics processes.
• Proficient in SAP WM and MM modules, including customizing, debugging, and ideally programming.
• Familiarity with business process modeling, IT project management, and ITIL frameworks.
• Fluent English and German
