Graduate engineer in materials science – working as a personnel consultant since 2018. At the Vienna office, I am responsible for companies in executive, interim and expert search for the renewable energy, plastics and metal processing, generative manufacturing, chemicals, construction and automotive/suppliers sectors throughout Europe.                                                                                                         I have more than 20 years of management experience, most recently from 2013 to 2018 as division manager of an international, listed chemical industry group based in Vienna. Many years of experience as managing director/board member of metal, glass and plastics processing companies are the building blocks of a successful career and are the basis of my knowledge of the company and the industry. Since 2011 I have also been working as a management consultant for my clients in a variety of projects as executive coach, business mediator and certified trainer. The special feature of my service is the combination of my technical background, solid knowledge of the industry and a wide network of contacts and extensive knowledge of the most important HR topics through the successful realisation of a large number of projects – especially in the areas of marketing, sales, operations, strategy, management and HR organisation.
