The demand for energy in our world is increasing every day. Whether in the form of raw materials or already transferred into electricity, international consumption is almost unmanageable. Since the beginning of the 1990s, this is the topic that has accompanied me professionally. To be more precise, I support and advise companies on all aspects of human resources.

My focus in the energy sector is on the supply and disposal, renewable energies and engineering sectors. I am also well networked in the public sector and in the field of municipal energy distribution. Hamburg is my home base, from where I share responsibility for Switzerland, Austria and the Netherlands.

With more than 25 years of experience in personnel and management consultancy and the associated realisation of projects in the areas of marketing, sales, strategy, management and personnel organisation, I have a wide network and extensive knowledge of human resources management. Sustainability is the building block of our society and is becoming increasingly important for my clients and candidates.
