Since 2008 Stefan Mertz is Managing Partner of the QRC Group and Managing Director of the QRC Group Personalberatung München GmbH. His focus is on executives and specialists in sales, marketing, consulting and technology in the IT industry, technical building services, manufacturing industry and life science in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

A university degree in law and business administration and more than 20 years of experience in leading marketing and sales positions in the IT industry form the basis for his work as a management consultant. National and international management responsibility as well as experience in different corporate cultures from start-up to corporate structures of German and foreign companies enable a very differentiated and specific selection of suitable candidates. The focus of his activities is on filling management and specialist positions in sales, marketing, consulting and technology.
