Sales Manager BOPA films, Europe (m/w/d)

– Develop customers for BOPA film in the DACH, Eastern Europe, and Nordic markets

– Market analysis and development strategies establish

– Achievement of assigned customer’s sales targets and monitoring of sales performance

– Customer management and response through meetings with HQ & European region offices

– Monitoring, analysis, and reporting of trends in the European plastics and packaging market

– Knowledge of customer-specific technical issues and coordination of appropriate support

Jobanforderungen:

• – Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the Film manufacturing especially in BOPA Films industry or Flexible packaging manufacturing industry
• – Knowledge of Market & Demand for BOPA films / Flexible Packaging industry in European market
• – Understanding converters production method and flexible packaging process
• – Experience in market development for DACH region & Eastern Europe for Packaging converters
• – Proven experience in managing and developing sales for large/key accounts
• – Possession of a proactive, ambitious, and results-driven sales mindset
• – Strong report writing and documentation skills
• – Communication and Team work skill with HQ and European region offices
• – Ability to commute to the Frankfurt area (at least 3 days per week)
• – Free to travel to visit customers
• – English and German at fluent level is required
