Objectives and responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the crypto go-to-market strategy for customers in the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland)
- Connect with client stakeholders and identify their challenges, use cases, budget holders, decision makers and process owners
- Discover new stakeholders and identify their challenges, use cases, budget holders, decision makers and process owners
- Plan and execute activities to nurture and expand business relationships.
- Execute strategic account plans covering goals on key revenue and churn metrics, as well as discovering and pursuing new growth opportunities
- Promote product and customer vertical subject matter expertise through demonstrations, trials, customer advisory sessions, etc
- Develop knowledge of the cryptocurrency ecosystem in DACH
- Proactively gather and prioritize customer feedback
- Develop happy customers who will promote and refer the client to new prospects
Your background:
- A university degree in Business, Informatics, Engineering or a similar discipline.
- Several years' in selling SaaS products to private and/or public sector accounts in the DACH region
- Being comfortable navigating complex processes to close six- and seven-figure deals
- Strong customer-facing presentation and listening skills at CxO level
- Excellence in conveying customer needs into compelling value propositions
- Customer-obsessed, consultative salesperson
- Autonomous, collaborative and excellent communicator
- Fluent in Englisch and German
Work environment:
- You are part of the EMEA team and report to the European HQ in the UK
- Regular interaction with European colleagues and with worldwide HQ in the US
- The role is remote and will require regular business travel
- Very little hierarchy and bureaucracy, focus on business speed and client interaction
