YOUR TASKS
- Formulate overall Supply Chain strategy and Business Plan
- Lead and motivate your team in an effective manner
- Establish Departmental policies and procedures to provide for effective planning and control to promote maximum efficiency
- Lead the factory operations and ensure that responsibilities are carried out efficiently in accordance with the corporate policy, strategic plans and statutory regulations
- Lead the negotiations with suppliers
- Monitor performance and report on Supply Chain functions to MD
- Responsibility for HSE
- Act as management representative for ISO 9001
YOUR PROFILE
- Graduation in Engineering
- Ideally MBA with specialisation in Operations Management
- Technical know how in process engineering
- Fluent in English
- Several years of experience in a supply chain management role (in UAE/Middle East)
- Excellent leadership skills
- Unterstanding of the European Market
- Strategic and analytical personality
