WHAT YOU BRING ALONG:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in battery development, including battery design, testing, and optimization.
- Proficiency in battery modeling and simulation tools.
- Strong knowledge of battery chemistries, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Relevant certifications in battery development (e.g. regarding Battery Management System (BMS), or ISO 26262)
