It produces metal and plastic parts for quantities from one piece up to several thousands for a big variety of its worldwide customer base. Over 40 injection machines from 80 to 650 tons that are all equipped with automatic handling systems ensure the perfect and accurate quality that their customers require. Their service include in-house painting and printing facility, production lines for (pre-) assembly with the latest equipment in assembly technology, e.g. ultrasonic welding as well as in-house tool shops for the manufacturing, maintenance and repair of injection tools and jigs.

This position will be responsible for end-to-end business development and marketing activities related to European countries or regions while working with internal departments in China to achieve business objectives and ensure alignment with global and regional strategies. You will lead and support functional teams such as sales departments, project departments, etc. to obtain high potential opportunities and key strategic accounts, provide market insights, promotional direction and execution support.


Market Management

  • Responsible for the overall planning of the company's market expansion in Europe, planning the positioning of the company's products and brands, formulating effective marketing strategies and achieving the company's market expansion goals
  • Conduct market research and analysis, study the development status of competitors and the industry, determine market demand for existing and future products, and provide short- and long-term market forecasts and reports to provide a basis for the company's decision-making;
  • Develop new market opportunities and partner development

Sales Management

  • Develop marketing strategies based on markets, competitors, product costs and national policies, and develop and implement marketing plans for new and existing products
  • Plan and manage budgets for marketing activities, develop and implement annual marketing and product promotion plans, reports on ROI and key performance indicators;
  • Maintain good communication and collaboration with sales team and other departments to analyze market trends and customer needs

Customer Management

  • Organize and develop specific customer relationship programs, customer visits and maintain customer relationships
  • Improve customer after-sales service, complaint handling and customer relationship management


  • Bachelor's degree / masters degree / major in mechanical engineering or business administration, or other significanrt and related industry experience is preferred; 
  • Experience and working network in injection molding industries in automotive and/or telecommunications
  • Expertise and knowledge in digital marketing and e-commerce (preferably in B2B environment);
  • Have sensitive business and market awareness, can accurately assess business opportunities, have a strong ability to analyze problems and solve issues, and have excellent resource integration and business development skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills, as well as good teamwork and leadership skills, able to understand the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) related to this position in accordance with company policies;
  • Go-getter attitude, be proactive and results oriented
  • Good oral and written English skills
