Additionally, a strong technological background in retail software or hardware is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

2. Financial Management. Possess a strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and the ability to analyze and interpret financial statements. Effectively manage the company's financial performance, oversee the budgeting process, and ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
3. Technological Expertise. Have a solid background in (retail) software or hardware, ideally in the context of POS systems and KDS. Stay updated with the latest advancements in technology and assess their potential impact on the business. Leverage technology to enhance our products, drive innovation, and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
4. Team Leadership. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work culture that attracts top talent, motivates employees, and encourages professional growth. Lead a diverse team of executives, managers, and employees, inspiring them to deliver outstanding performance and achieve company goals.
5. Market Expansion. Identify new market opportunities, potential partnerships, and strategic alliances to drive business growth and expand our customer base. Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and industry influencers.
6. Customer Focus. Prioritize customer satisfaction by ensuring our products meet their needs and expectations. Continuously monitor customer feedback, analyze market trends, and drive product enhancements and innovations to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CEO, CFO, VP or in a similar executive leadership position, preferably in the (retail) software or hardware industry.
• Strong financial acumen with a demonstrated understanding of financial planning and analysis, including P&L statements.
• Ideally solid understanding of the POS systems and KDS market, along with knowledge of emerging technologies and trends.
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset and the ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and make informed business decisions.
• Strong business acumen, with a focus on driving growth and maximizing profitability.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, IT, engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• This opportunity is considered onsite and will require to live in Orlando, FL or relocate upon job commencement.
