- Leading a team of experienced product developers in the field of inorganic chemistry
- Driving forward and taking responsibility for all R&D projects in the company (maximizing output), plus production support and small-volume manufacturing
- Project department - multi-project management
- Employee management and development, creating the “home of the developers”
- Budget responsibility
- Elaboration of new solution concepts and evaluation of existing concepts
- Implementation of feasibility studies
- Optimization and improvement of existing products
- Introducing new technologies and materials
- Coordination, definition and implementation of test series and test programs
- Technical coordination with customers and suppliers

- Several years of relevant professional experience in research & development and project management
