Against the background of my leadership experience in sales and marketing, I chose the field of personnel consulting for management and executive positions as my main focus more than ten years ago. With my grown team I offer you individual consulting services for filling challenging positions. Especially in the chemical industry, environmental technology, biotechnology, construction and the medical sector, we set standards through quality. In addition to my involvement in the IHK Fürth and Nuremberg in my Franconian adopted home, I have a special connection to the Middle East. Since 2013 an independent branch office established by me has been operating successfully in Dubai/UAE.

The introduction of new technologies as part of the digital transformation, but also the change in management strategies, has led to many exciting developments in the economy.
