I am CEO and managing partner of the QRC Group in Nuremberg. My consulting services cover Executive Search, Expert Search and HR Consulting. My clients are mainly companies from the industry, technology, media, digital economy and construction sectors. After successful years in the field of information technology, my first management position led me to lead international projects. The focus was on the media and publishing industry as well as on search engines and e-commerce. As a managing director of a midsized software company I was responsible for its successful development and expansion in highly competitive markets.
Primarily the encounters with the most diverse people and cultures sharpened my empathy as well as the ability to assess and judge, in addition to my competence and experience.
In my opinion, the biggest challenge for companies in the digital transformation is to find the best brains for their own business – people for whom agility, openness, flexibility, non-hierarchical work and personal responsibility is more motivation than an uncertain future !

My family, 3 sons and some hobbies like gardening, travelling and skiing give me the necessary grounding, relaxation and source of strength for my projects and my own challenges.
