From the professional experience of the last 30 years and through various positions – up to managing director in the electrical retail trade or later as regional manager – I was able to acquire the necessary know-how, which gives me a significant advantage in personnel consulting. The constant and recurring challenges faced by HR departments in filling and finding first-class and competent personnel are something I am very familiar with from experience and have shaped my work and areas of responsibility over the years. The great advantage of this is that I am very familiar with the requirements, but also with the difficulties of finding the right personnel, so that a target-oriented cooperation with clients and candidates is of utmost importance to me.

I was born and raised in Wiesbaden in 1968 and have spent my life in the Rhine-Main area until 2017. Since the beginning of 2018 I have moved the centre of my life, together with my family, to the county of Bentheim.
